Step 1: Access the Production Count Reportβ
From the main side menu, go to Production & Quality β Reports β Production Count Report.
This will open the Production Count Report screen.
Step 2: Search Production Count Reportβ
Use the search fields to filter the production data:

[Date & Time Picker](Mandatory) β Select the end date and time for the report. - Type
[Dropdown](Optional) β Choose the type of report you want to view.
When OEE is selected in the Type dropdown, other filter options are not applicable.
OEE Calculation in Production Count Reportβ
When the Type = OEE, the OEE (%) is calculated based on the following formula:
OEE % = (Production Time + Scheduled Idle Time) / Available Time Γ 100
Where:
- Production Time β Total calculated production time based on cycle time and handled quantity.
- Scheduled Idle Time β Approved idle durations such as HOL, MAI, MEE, MAC, L.
- Available Time β Total shift time available for production.
This formula ensures that only productive and approved idle durations are considered in the OEE value.
OEE Comparison with Other Reportsβ
The calculated OEE (%) in Production Count Report is consistent and comparable with:
- Operator With IdleTime OEE Report
the above reports use the same OEE formula and reflect the same operational logic used in the Production Count Report. This helps management evaluate performance trends across different reporting dashboards.
Step 3: Search or Clearβ
- Search β Click Search to generate the report.
- Clear β Click Clear to reset filters.
Step 4: Use the Search Boxβ
You can also use the Search box available on the right side of the report table:
- Enter keywords such as Operator / Inspector Name to quickly filter the results.
- The table will update dynamically based on your search input.
Step 5: View Production Reportβ
The report displays details in a tabular format.
By default, when no Type is selected, the report shows columns up to Available Time (Mins):
- S.No
- Shift Date
- Shift Start Time
- Shift Close Time
- Operator / Inspector Name
- Process Quantity
- Available Time (Mins)
Additional Columns Based on Selected Typeβ
When the user selects a value in the Type dropdown, the report automatically adds the corresponding column:
| Selected Type | Additional Column Shown |
|---|---|
| Part | Part Name |
| Machine | Machine Name |
| Process | Process Name |
| Control Plan | Control Plan Number |
| Part Status | Part Status Description |
| OEE | Production Time, Scheduled Idle Time, Non-Scheduled Idle Time, OEE % |
Combined Search (All Types Except OEE)β
If the user wants to view all types together (i.e., leaves Type empty or selects multiple types except OEE):
- The system displays all applicable columns based on available data.
- Users can search across multiple filters in one search.
- OEE-related fields will not appear unless Type = OEE is selected.
This allows flexible reporting where users can see any combination of:
- Part Name
- Machine Name
- Process Name
- Control Plan Number
- Part Status Description
All in a single result table, depending on what they choose.
Selecting Type = OEE switches the table to OEE mode, showing only OEE-related calculations.
Other filter-based columns (Part, Machine, etc.) will not be shown in OEE mode.
Step 6: Excel / Print Reportβ
You can export or print the report using the following options:
- Excel β Export the production count report into Excel format.
- Print β Print the production count report directly.
